Yes. Super Admins define any shift duration — 8h, 9h, 10h, 12h or custom hours — and set break slot allowances per shift. Rules are enforced automatically on the floor.
Plans are tiered by agent capacity: Growth at Rs. 230/agent, Scale at Rs. 180/agent (250 agents = Rs. 45,000/month), and Enterprise at Rs. 150/agent. USD figures use a Rs. 280 exchange rate. A one-time setup fee of Rs. 35,000 ($125) applies at onboarding. Minimum service term is 6 months. Custom plans are quoted on request.
FOUS Ventures provisions each client company with a dedicated workspace. You receive separate login credentials for Super Admin and Supervisor accounts.
